Haptickk focuses on service categories such as home services (for example cleaning, repairs, and maintenance), auto services (for example detailing, towing, and repairs), and beauty and grooming (for example hair, barbering, and personal care). Availability depends on your location and the providers in your area.
Service availability varies by city and region. When you enter your location on Haptickk, the platform shows which service categories and providers are currently available near you.
In most cases you can browse providers and services without logging in, but you need a customer account to book services, manage appointments, and leave reviews.
Yes. Creating a customer account is required so that you can receive confirmations, manage bookings, and securely store necessary details such as contact information.
No. Haptickk does not currently use a customer waitlist. If services are available in your area, you can create an account and book when you are ready.
Haptickk operates as a marketplace platform. Providers on Haptickk typically run their own independent businesses or work with their own teams; they are not employees of Haptickk.
No. Providers on Haptickk are independent. Haptickk supplies the technology to connect customers and providers, manage bookings, and process payments, but does not directly operate provider businesses.
Account & Profile
You can sign up with your email address and a secure password, and in some cases you may be able to use a supported third-party login. After confirming your email, you will be able to view and manage your bookings.
After you sign up, Haptickk sends a verification link to your email and may send a code to your phone. Following those prompts confirms your contact details and helps keep your account secure.
You can edit your profile details in your account settings. There you can update your name, email address, phone number, and change your password.
Haptickk is designed for one customer account per individual. Using a single account helps keep your bookings, payment methods, and referral activity organized and secure.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen, enter your account email, and follow the reset instructions that are sent to you.
You can usually request account closure from your account settings or by contacting Haptickk Support. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business reasons, such as fraud prevention or accounting.

Booking & Scheduling
Search or browse the service category you need, select a provider, choose a specific service, pick an available time slot, provide the required details, and confirm your booking by completing checkout.
It depends on the provider’s calendar. Some providers allow bookings several weeks in advance, while others open their schedule only a short time ahead. You will see available dates and times when you book.
Some providers offer same-day, urgent, or emergency services. If these options are available in your area, they will appear in the time selection when you choose a date.
Not at this time. Haptickk does not currently support automatic recurring bookings. Each service must be booked individually when you need it.
Yes. If a provider you have previously used is still active on Haptickk and has availability, you can book them again by visiting their profile and selecting a new time.
When you open a provider’s service listing, you will see their open time slots in the scheduling interface. Only time slots that are available should be visible.
If messaging is enabled in your area, you may be able to send questions before booking using Haptickk’s messaging tools. Otherwise, you should rely on the provider’s profile, service descriptions, and reviews to decide.
You will typically need to provide your contact information, the service address or location, relevant details about the job or vehicle, and payment information to confirm the booking.
After you complete checkout, you should see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email or in-app notification with your booking details, including date, time, and provider.
In many cases, Haptickk sends automated reminders by email, SMS, or in-app notifications before your appointment, depending on your notification settings and local rules.

In many cases you can book on behalf of a family member, friend, or business, as long as you provide accurate contact and location information and that person is aware of the appointment. You remain responsible for the booking and payment.
Pricing, Payments & Fees
Yes. Service details, pricing, and any listed add-ons or estimated ranges should be shown before you confirm your booking. You will see a summary at checkout before you pay.
Pricing is influenced by provider experience, location, demand, scope of work, and any extras that are included. Haptickk allows providers to set their own pricing within platform rules.
At checkout you will see a breakdown that may include service price, taxes, and any platform-related fees that apply. This information is shown before you complete payment.
Providers are expected to honor the terms shown at the time of booking for the agreed scope of work. If the job changes significantly, pricing may need to be updated with your knowledge and agreement before additional work is performed.

Yes. Every provider begins with a standard customer account. Your provider profile is created from that account and remains linked to it.

Yes. If Haptickk believes that Infinity rules have been violated or that fraud, abuse, or other prohibited behavior has occurred, it may suspend or close your Infinity access and cancel pending rewards.
